ITS assists you in meeting all of the record requirements that are mandated by the FAA. We have subscriptions and access to the databases that provide the most recent materials for manuals, Ops Specs and crewmember requirements.
PRIA
PRIA requires that a hiring air carrier under 14 CFR parts 121 and 135, or a hiring operator under 14 CFR part 125, request, receive, and evaluate certain information concerning a pilot/applicant’s training, experience, qualification, and safety background, before allowing that individual to begin service as a pilot with their company. ITS provides our operators with a Designated Agent/ PRIA Representative who will take this entire process off of their hands. We are well versed in the guidance and requirements of this law and will provide a company manual and audit facilitator for any PRIA oversight conducted by the FAA.
We will also ensure that the operator stays compliant with responses to incoming requests for PRIA.
